Yeah it’s colorful, yeah it’s real, and yes you can believe your eyes. Now, I don’t know all of the science facts behind the coloring of the rock. All I know is that it looked really cool and that you don’t want to touch unless you don’t want a finger anymore. No it’s not acid but some serious heat. Feast your eyes on the photo while I rattle off some tips:
- Framing. That’s the key to the keyhole. You need to frame your shot where the photo looks the most dramatic yet realistic.
- Polarizer. You’re going to need one of these if you want to zap those annoying reflections out of that water. Yes, I used one here. They also make for more vivid color.
- Time. Be patient. If you want to make a great photo, put some time and some effort into it.
