This is probably my all-time favorite picture. There are so many things I did right in this picture. The slow shutter speed allowed for a smooth water effect. The high f/stop made the lights look starry. Most of all, the time was just right. The color in the skies was just awesome at this time. Here’s how I got this one:
- Set your f/stop to something like f/14
- Make sure you are on a tripod because your shutter speed is going to multiple seconds. (30 sec. in this case)
- Use a shutter release
Specs: 30 sec. f/14 ISO 100 60mm.
