Tip: Get a dedicated flash

If my DIY pop-up flash diffuser didn’t cut it for you, then get a dedicated flash. You don’t have to get a top-of-the-line one but get a decent one. You will be happy when you do. They just slide into the hotshoe on the top of your camera. When you get your flash, the light may seem more harsh than your pop up flash. To increase the quality do these two things: (1) Angle the flash upwards(as shown above)  if a white ceiling is available and is no more than 10’ high. (2) pull that plastic diffuser piece out (As seen in the first picture below) and if possible fold it onto the flash (As seen in the seen in the second picture below)
